We expect the successful candidate to bring prior knowledge, quantitative acumen, and relevant immigration experience to the role. The Global Mobility Coordinator will play a critical role in building and delivering an improved employee experience for our new hires and internal transfers that relocate globally. Over time, we expect the successful candidate’s role to grow and incorporate other core employee lifecycle activities such as new hire activities. In This Role, You’ll Get To * Manage the day-to-day administration of the global mobility team * Assist with business visas, coordinate with employee and immigration vendors for business visa application * Support the Visa team with any business travel requests including document preparation, document review, and drafting of business travel letters, up until visa completion * Assist with renewal cases for the expat population for Agoda worldwide with a particular focus on Malaysia; * Assist with updating data into our internal systems to ensure that all data is accurate and be able to track for renewal * Assist the team with administrative tasks eg. updating our internal case lists and trackers, use of SharePoint and Workday platforms, invoicing, etc. * Assist in remote work and tax coordination, liaise with employees and stakeholders for remote work requests respond to email queries, and collect tax data as required. * Assist the team on projects * Any other mobility matters as required What You Will Need To Succeed * Bachelor degree qualification. Fresh graduates are welcome . * Basic knowledge on MS Office, Excel and automation * Language: Fluent in English and Thai * Strong interpersonal and customer service skills are essential for this role * Detail oriented * Having a solid work ethic and self-starter attitude is essential for this role. * Self-motivated with ability to prioritize workloads * Strong planning and organizational ability * Good team player

(Relocation Provided) We are looking for a Korean Linguist and Localization Expert to join our team and help improve localization of multiple Agoda products.
