About the position
Private Fund Support role at Kiatnakin Phatra Asset Management Company Limited, based in Bangkok, Thailand. The position works with Financial Consultants of Private Fund distributors to ensure proper accounting opening procedures and documentation, including preparing presentations proposing an approach to potential clients. Duties include handling account opening, cash withdrawal, cash injection, and closing account orders, resolving client issues, and participating in platform reviews for private fund processing.
Candidates should be aged 25–30 with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A Single License is preferred or must be acquired. Good communication in Thai and English, Microsoft Office skills, and strong interpersonal skills are required.
Responsibilities
Providing account information to Financial Consultants and maintaining Financial Consultants relationships
Proactively resolving clients' issues and concerns
Learning the business and products in order to assist Fund Managers
Clerical duties such as handling telephones, mailing, filing and processing forms
Taking and placing customer orders for opening account, cash withdrawal, cash injection, closing account and any activities related to private funds
Requirements
Age 25 – 30 years
Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
Preferred if possess Single License or able to acquire one in due course
Good communication in Thai and English is preferred
Microsoft Office skill
Nice to have
Single License (or ability to acquire one)
