Methodology

How We Source Jobs

Transparent sourcing keeps Bangkok Jobs useful for both candidates and employers. Below is the exact workflow our editorial team follows—from the first hiring signal to the moment a listing goes live.

120+

Average roles reviewed per week

30+

Manual updates pushed per month

1. Signal Gathering

We monitor employer career pages, recruiter newsletters, LinkedIn announcements, and community Slack groups daily. A job is only added to our pipeline if it was posted within the last 14 days or if the hiring manager confirms the role is still open.

2. Human Verification

Our admins manually verify the job listing details to confirm details such as salary band, location, visa sponsorship, and reporting structure, etc. Once we validate its legitamacy, we publish it.

3. Contextual Notes

We add short context blurbs to highlight what makes the role unique - maybe a hybrid work policy, a rare tech stack, or benefits attractive to expats. These notes are reviewed by for tone and accuracy.

4. Quality & Compliance Review

Before publication, each listing passes through an internal checklist to ensure quality. We reject roles that are low quality job postings.

5. Continuous Monitoring

Once live, listings are re-checked every seven days. If an employer closes the role or fails to respond to candidate complaints, we mark the post as filled and remove it from search results. This keeps the board lean and trustworthy.
