We are a small editorial team focused on transparent hiring. This page explains why the project exists, how we maintain quality, and the values that guide every listing you see on the platform.
Bangkok Jobs started as a side project in 2024 when a few friends working in HR and product realized there was no curated, human-reviewed board for Bangkok's fast-moving market.
We built a small Airtable, started emailing companies in tech, hospitality, and creative industries, and eventually launched the site you see today.
The goal has always been simple: make it easier for qualified candidates to spot trustworthy openings in Bangkok without sifting through spam or outdated listings.
Every listing is reviewed by a researcher before it reaches the public site. We verify the company, confirm the role is still active, and request salary ranges whenever possible.
If a listing looks suspicious or the employer refuses to answer basic questions about compensation, workplace location, or contract type, we do not publish it.
Our quality bar is inspired by editorial guidelines from newsrooms - clarity, transparency, and context first.
Bangkok is more than tech startups. Our coverage intentionally spans hospitality, logistics, finance, creative agencies, NGOs, and hybrid roles that mix on-site and remote work.
We focus on mid-level to senior professionals but also highlight apprenticeships and rotational programs when they come with structured mentorship.
Each category page includes short notes that explain hiring trends we notice so candidates can decide where to focus their search.
The site is currently a work of passion, that is personally funded.
However, any monetization in the future would be disclosed on the listing itself. We do not sell candidate data, and we keep analytics lightweight so the browsing experience remains fast for users on lower bandwidth connections.
Our small remote team is based in Bangkok, Thailand. We also collaborate with bilingual freelancers who help translate job descriptions into Thai and English.
