IT Governance

The IT Governance role at Kiatnakin Phatra Securities Public Company Limited is based in Bangkok within the Legal / Compliance / Audit function. The position involves developing and maintaining IT Security Policy and Procedures in compliance with regulator requirements, coordinating IT audit support and tracking, monitoring security assessment outcomes, delivering IT security awareness programs, and preparing monthly management reports covering IT loss, risk appetite, incidents, and audit issues.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or related field, around 5 years of experience in IT Audit, IT Risk, IT Compliance, or IT Process Control, plus knowledge of SDLC, IT service and operations management, and quality standards such as CMMI, ISO 27001, COBIT, ITIL, and ISO 22301, along with familiarity with SEC regulations.

Establish and maintain IT Security Policy and IT Procedure to comply with regulator requirements such as SEC, BOT, PDPA

Coordinate with IT Process Control to prepare supporting papers for external or internal IT Audit and track and follow up issues

Coordinate with IT Security Team to track and follow up issues from source code scan, security patch updates, pentest, VA, and cyber attacks

Provide IT security awareness programs to employees including cyber-drill programs

Prepare monthly management reports such as IT loss, IT risk appetite, IT incidents, and IT audit issue summaries

Bachelor or higher degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field; age not over 35

5 years' experience in IT Audit, IT Risk, IT Compliance, or IT Process Control

Good knowledge of SDLC, User Access Management, Incident Management, Change Management, IT Asset Management, IT Operation Control, Business Continuity Management, and IT Service Management

Self-motivated with strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to work independently and in a team handling multiple tasks
