Capco is seeking a governance-focused Data Architect to design, develop, and evolve BankX's enterprise data architecture. The role covers logical and physical data modeling, architecture standards, semantic layers, data marts, feature stores, and alignment of batch, streaming, and real-time data flows.
The architect will work with data engineers, data scientists, AI/ML engineers, business stakeholders, and governance and privacy teams. Responsibilities include pipeline implementation using Azure Data Services, Databricks, and Delta Lake, storage and performance optimization, metadata integration, and policy enforcement. Candidates need at least six years in data architecture, data engineering, or related roles, strong data modeling, SQL, and distributed data systems skills, and intermediate or better Thai and English proficiency.
Experience in banking, fintech, or regulated industries; knowledge of PDPA, Responsible AI, and data classification frameworks; exposure to feature store design, real-time architecture, and semantic modeling; strong communication and cross-functional teamwork skills.
