About the position

LINE MAN Wongnai is Thailand's leading on-demand delivery and lifestyle e-commerce platform. We are seeking a Senior Business Development Executive to drive growth within our food ecosystem. You will be responsible for managing key restaurant accounts and developing strategic partnerships that enhance platform performance. This role requires a data-driven approach to identifying market opportunities and executing growth plans that benefit both the platform and our restaurant partners. You will work closely with internal teams to optimize sales strategies and ensure the successful implementation of marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant partners to improve daily performance and platform sales
  • Analyze sales data and merchant metrics to recommend effective promotions and growth plans
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to keep partners competitive
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to solve operational issues
  • Pitch marketing packages and guide merchants to join platform campaigns to increase visibility and orders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong background in Account Management, CRM, Customer Support, or delivery and e-commerce ecosystems
  • Robust analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive commercial decisions
  • Exceptional communication skills to translate complex data insights into clear, actionable business stories
  • Goal-oriented problem solver who thrives on addressing immediate challenges and driving execution

Nice to have

  • Experience in the food delivery or on-demand service industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
