This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a vibrant and growing company by bringing internal and external communications to life through compelling visual content. You will play a key role in shaping our employer brand through innovative design solutions. The ideal candidate will lead the design and production of social media content, motion graphics, and video for various employer branding campaigns. You will collaborate closely with the Employer Branding and Corporate Communications teams to translate campaign concepts into engaging visual assets. Additionally, you will mentor intern designers and stay current with emerging design trends and AI-powered tools to continuously improve content quality.
