About the position
This entry-level role supports the Corporate Affairs team in Thailand, focusing on policy research, stakeholder engagement, and communications. Responsibilities include monitoring regulatory developments in e-commerce and logistics, providing logistical support for government meetings, managing stakeholder databases, and assisting with media monitoring and crisis materials. The position also involves executing local Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives and preparing internal reports. Candidates must be recent graduates with a bachelor's degree in relevant fields like Political Science, Law, or Communications. Strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Responsibilities
Monitor and summarize regulatory developments in Thailand relevant to e-commerce and logistics.
Provide administrative and logistical support for meetings, workshops, and events involving government officials.
Maintain and update the Corporate Affairs team's stakeholder contact list and engagement tracker.
Monitor traditional and social media for company mentions and industry news.
Assist in preparing drafts of policy submissions and internal policy briefings.
Support the day-to-day execution and logistics of local CSR initiatives and community engagement projects.
Assist in gathering success metrics and materials for internal and external CSR reporting.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (Fresh Graduate) in Political Science, Public Administration, Law, Communications, International Relations, or a related discipline.
Relevant internship experience in government, public relations, public policy, or a technology company is highly desirable but not mandatory.
Demonstrable interest and foundational understanding of Thailand's regulatory and media landscape.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English are required.
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn quickly from senior team members.
