Retail Supply Chain Operations Manager - Lazada

Lazada is hiring a Retail Supply Chain Operations Manager based in Bangkok to build and sustain a reliable supply base supporting Retail growth. The role leads end-to-end procurement from purchase orders through inbound, storage, and outbound fulfillment, manages supplier performance, and drives reverse logistics including return-to-supplier, scrap/write-off, and re-inbound activities to reduce obsolescence and fulfillment costs.

The manager supports commercial strategy, advises on supply chain contractual terms, partners with logistics and warehouse teams, standardizes local supply chain processes and metrics, and leads cross-functional projects. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Industrial Engineering, at least 6 years of relevant experience, and fluency in Thai and English.

Lead the end-to-end procurement process from purchase orders to inbound, storage and outbound fulfillment

Lead supplier performance improvement initiatives to resolve delivery bottlenecks and ensure on-time, in-full replenishment

Drive reverse logistics activities including return to suppliers, scrap/write-off and re-inbound to minimize obsolescence and reduce fulfillment costs

Support commercial strategy and ad-hoc initiatives by collaborating with logistics operations to enhance revenue and improve P&L performance

Standardize local Supply Chain Ops processes, supplier management routine, and key operating metrics

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or related field

Minimum 6 years' experience in Supply Chain Operations, procurement or vendor management, preferably in Retail, FMCG or e-commerce

Strong supplier management skills with proven ability to solve operational issues and secure favorable terms

Solid understanding of logistics and warehouse processes

Fluent in both Thai and English

Prior experience managing a small team of 3-5 people; background or proficiency in WMS, SAP, or MRP systems; SQL knowledge.
