About the position
The O+O Business Planning Manager leads integrated business planning across online and offline channels for a portfolio at L'Oréal in Bangkok. The role reports to the Commercial Director and focuses on forecasting, operational planning, demand reviews, inventory risk mitigation, and alignment across commercial functions.
The successful candidate will build integrated sales forecasts, translate sell-out performance and activation plans into volume and value forecasts, and align Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance. Required capabilities include business planning and forecasting, stakeholder management, data analysis, commercial acumen in omnichannel distribution, and professional working English.
Responsibilities
• Build integrated sales forecasts across retail, distribution, and pure-player e-commerce.
• Lead alignment between Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to resolve stock trade-offs and maximize promotional impact.
• Steer monthly demand reviews with scenario planning and inventory risk mitigation strategies.
• Translate sell-out performance and commercial activation plans into actionable volume and value forecasts.
Requirements
• Proven ability to model integrated demand across physical retail and digital channels.
• Ability to align commercial, financial, and supply-chain teams around objectives and targets.
• Ability to synthesize sales figures, market trends, and retail inventory metrics into operational priorities.
• Understanding of omnichannel distribution, promotional uplift drivers, and customer inventory management.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
