Project Manager (Commercial Ops)

aCommerce is hiring a Project Manager for its Commercial Operations team in Bangkok. The role is client-dedicated, acting as the primary bridge between a premier retail brand partner, aCommerce's internal teams, and third-party partners, leading end-to-end implementation of technology solutions that support the brand's e-commerce and retail success.

Responsibilities include client engagement and stakeholder management, commercial project delivery (market launches, retail campaign rollouts, process optimizations), tech solution oversight (e-commerce platforms, OMS, CRM, retail integrations), cross-functional coordination, operational excellence, and risk management and reporting. The role requires 5+ years of project management experience in e-commerce, retail, SaaS, or tech, a Bachelor's degree, and PMP/Agile/Scrum certifications are a plus.

Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary, client-facing point of contact for the retail brand, build trusted relationships, manage expectations, and lead regular status alignments.

Commercial Project Delivery: Lead end-to-end execution of commercial operations projects including new market launches, retail campaign rollouts, process optimizations, and brand-specific initiatives.

Tech Solution Oversight: Manage and support implementation of technology solutions such as e-commerce platforms, OMS, CRM, or retail integrations, translating business requirements to tech teams.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate with aCommerce's internal teams (Operations, Tech, Marketing, Supply Chain) and third-party partners to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Risk Management & Reporting: Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and provide regular reporting on project health, timelines, and commercial impact.

5+ years of proven experience in Project Management, preferably within E-commerce, Retail, SaaS, or a Tech environment.

Strong track record of successfully managing and implementing technology solutions or system integrations.

Demonstrated experience working directly with clients, brands, or external stakeholders, including leading workshops and presentations.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate between technical and business terms.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Operations, or a related field; PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications are a strong plus.
