This position leads structured problem-solving for P0 truck-related initiatives within SPX Express's middle mile line haul and shuttle operations, diagnosing root causes and designing corrective action plans. The role prepares senior leadership updates, coordinates across Network, Operations, Commercial, and Finance stakeholders, and identifies new cost and speed improvement opportunities.
Candidates should have 4-6 years of total experience including top-tier management consulting, corporate strategy, or internal strategy/PMO work at a tech or e-commerce company. Strong structured problem-solving, advanced Excel/Sheets modelling, SQL proficiency, clear business communication, project management discipline, and a Bachelor's degree are required. Thai fluency is strongly preferred.
Run structured problem-solving on P0 truck-related initiatives — diagnose root cause, size the opportunity, and design the corrective action plan
Prepare senior leadership updates (steering committee decks, monthly business reviews) translating operational data into clear narratives on CPO, delivery time, and initiative health
Coordinate across Network, Operations, Commercial and Finance stakeholders to keep initiatives on timeline and unblock cross-functional dependencies
Continuously identify new cost and speed improvement opportunities and shape them into structured, trackable initiatives
4-6 years of total experience, including background in top-tier management consulting, corporate strategy, or internal strategy/PMO at a leading tech or e-commerce company
Strong structured problem-solving and hypothesis-tree driven analysis
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets modelling; SQL is a strong plus
Sharp, clear business communication with ability to present to senior stakeholders
Bachelor's degree required; degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain or quantitative field preferred; Thai fluency strongly preferred
SQL proficiency; willingness to work on-site at hubs with ops and vendor teams
