Change Implementation - Middle Mile Strategic Project (SPX Express) - Shopee

This role focuses on project planning and execution for network improvement initiatives. The position involves leading project kickoff meetings, establishing governance structures, and defining team roles. Responsibilities include analyzing operations functions like transportation routes and productivity, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as operations and BI to align projects with business objectives. The role requires providing regular updates on progress, KPIs, and risks.

Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements for network improvement initiatives.

Lead project kickoff meetings, establish project governance structures, and define roles and responsibilities for project team members.

Conduct a thorough analysis of Operations Functions, such as transportation routes and productivity analysis.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations (First Last Miles, Sorting Center, Linehaul), BI to align projects with business objectives and priorities.

Provide regular updates and reports including project plans, project progress, key performance indicators, and any issues or risks that require attention.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).

Experience in change management, logistics, transportation, or a related field.

Strong project management skills; PMP or related certification a plus.

Knowledge of shuttle and line haul operations, logistics processes, and industry best practices.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and reporting.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana).

PMP or related certification
