This role sits within the SAP team of Deloitte Southeast Asia and involves driving the growth of the SAP business in the region. The Senior Consultant is responsible for the creation, sale and delivery of SAP solutions including Functional and Technical Design, SAP Application & Systems Development, and SAP Business Transformation. The position requires engaging clients in workshops, advising on leading practices, designing target state SAP solutions, performing configuration and tests, leading teams through implementation cycles, and supporting change management activities.
Candidates need a good honors degree, preferably postgraduate, in a relevant discipline, and 6-8 years of experience in SAP ABAP/BTP with 4-6 end-to-end full life cycle implementations and team leading experience. SAP S/4HANA experience is an advantage. Strong communication skills in English, consulting lifestyle adaptability, and willingness to travel locally and abroad are required.
Engage clients in workshops and interviews to analyze process and reporting requirements
Advise clients on industry/cross-industry leading practices and SAP recommended processes
Design target state SAP solutions and influence clients in adopting leading practices
Perform SAP configuration and tests; develop specifications for forms/reports/interfaces
Lead consultant and client teams through implementation cycle including testing, migration and cutover
Good honors Degree, preferably postgraduate, in IT, Business Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Mathematics or related disciplines
Good understanding of SAP implementation methodology
6-8 years of experience in SAP ABAP/BTP Module with 4-6 end to end full life cycle implementations and team leading experience
SAP S/4 HANA experience is an advantage
Strong communication and presentation skills in English; willingness to travel locally and abroad
SAP S/4HANA experience
