This role sits within the SAP team of Deloitte Southeast Asia and focuses on SAP Business Process Automation (BPA) consulting. The consultant will engage clients in workshops, analyze process and reporting requirements, advise on SAP leading practices, design target state SAP solutions, perform configuration and testing, and lead teams through implementation cycles including testing, migration, and cutover. Additional duties include developing training material, supporting change management, and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
The position requires a good honors degree, preferably postgraduate, in IT, Business Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or related disciplines, plus a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP BPA with at least one end-to-end full lifecycle implementation. Team leading experience, SAP S/4HANA knowledge, multicultural work experience, and willingness to travel locally and abroad are expected.
Engage clients in workshops and interviews to analyze process and reporting requirements
Advise clients on SAP recommended processes and leading practices
Design target state SAP solutions and influence adoption of standard practices
Perform SAP configuration and tests; develop specifications for forms, reports, and interfaces
Lead consultant and client teams through implementation including testing, migration, and cutover
Good honors degree, preferably postgraduate, in IT, Business Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or related disciplines
Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP BPA with at least one end-to-end full lifecycle implementation
Team leading experience would be a plus
Experience in SAP S/4HANA would be a plus
