This role sits within the SAP team of Deloitte Southeast Asia and involves leading the growth of the SAP business in the region. Responsibilities include engaging clients in workshops to analyze process and reporting requirements, advising on SAP recommended processes, designing target state SAP solutions, performing SAP configuration and tests, leading consultant and client teams through the implementation cycle, and supporting change management execution including training material development.
Candidates need a good honors degree, preferably postgraduate, in IT, Business Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Mathematics or related disciplines. A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in SAP CO Module is required, with 4-6 end-to-end full life cycle SAP implementations and team leading experience preferred. SAP S/4HANA experience is an advantage. Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills in English are required, along with willingness to travel locally and abroad.
Engage clients in workshops and interviews to analyze process and reporting requirements
Advise clients on SAP recommended processes and functions and design target state SAP solutions
Perform SAP configuration and tests; develop specifications for forms/reports/interfaces
Lead consultant and client teams through the implementation cycle including testing, migration and cutover
Support change management execution by developing training material and supporting users post cutover
Good honors Degree, preferably postgraduate, in IT, Business Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Mathematics or related disciplines
Minimum 6-8 years of experience in SAP CO Module
4-6 end to end full life cycle SAP implementations with team leading experience
