This role sits within the SAP team of Deloitte Southeast Asia and is responsible for driving the growth of the SAP business in the region, including the creation, sale and delivery of SAP solutions across functional and technical design, application development, and business transformation. Key duties include engaging clients in workshops to analyze process and reporting requirements, advising on SAP leading practices, designing target state SAP solutions, performing configuration and testing, leading teams through implementation cycles, and supporting change management activities such as training and post-cutover support.
The position requires a good honors degree, preferably at postgraduate level, in IT, Business Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Mathematics or related disciplines, along with 6-8 years of SAP SD Module experience and 4-6 end-to-end full lifecycle implementations with team leading experience. SAP S/4HANA experience is advantageous. Candidates must demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills in English, the ability to facilitate workshops, and willingness to travel locally and abroad.
Engage clients in workshops and interviews to analyze process and reporting requirements
Advise clients on industry/cross-industry leading practices and SAP recommended processes and functions
Design target state SAP solutions and influence clients in adopting leading/standard practices
Perform SAP configuration and tests; develop specifications for forms/reports/interfaces
Lead consultant and client teams through the implementation cycle including testing, migration and cutover, and support change management execution
Good honors Degree, preferably postgraduate, in IT, Business Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Mathematics or related disciplines
Good understanding of SAP implementation methodology
Minimum 6-8 years of experience in SAP SD Module with 4-6 end to end full life cycle SAP implementations and team leading experience
SAP S/4 HANA experience is an advantage
Strong communication and presentation skills in English; willingness to travel locally and abroad
SAP S/4HANA experience; multi-cultural work environment experience
