About the position
This role focuses on on-site seller operations performance for Shopee's SPX logistics business in Bangkok. The position involves developing strategies to drive synergy across sellers, improving staff KPIs on productivity, quality, and service level, and partnering with the Operational Excellence Team on quality assurance, productivity, and SOP development. The role also supports cross-functional project planning and execution, and works with management on long-term operational strategies and goals.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in any field and brings team management experience, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a proactive, results-driven mindset. They must have excellent written and verbal English communication, be comfortable working cross-functionally under pressure in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and a strong business sense.
Responsibilities
Responsible for on-site seller operations performance
Develop strategies to drive synergy across different sellers to meet operational goals
Continuously improve staff KPIs on productivity, quality, service level, and stakeholder satisfaction
Partner with the Operational Excellence Team on quality assurance, productivity improvement, and SOP development
Assist in planning and implementing cross-functional projects within targeted timelines
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any field
Experience in team management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with sound business judgment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Proactive, results-oriented, adaptable, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
