About the position
This Project Management Associate role within Shopee's SPX Operations team in Bangkok focuses on driving operational performance across sellers. Main duties include developing strategies to create synergy among sellers, improving staff KPIs in productivity, quality, service level and stakeholder satisfaction, supporting quality assurance and SOP development, and assisting in planning and implementing cross-functional projects within targeted timelines. The role works closely with management on long-term strategies and operational goals.
The position requires a Bachelor's degree in any field, team management experience, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent written and verbal English communication. Candidates should be proactive, results-oriented, adaptable, comfortable in fast-paced environments, and possess strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
Responsible for Operations performance
Develop strategies to drive synergy across different sellers
Continuously improve staff KPIs on productivity, quality, service level and stakeholder satisfaction
Drive Quality Assurance, productivity improvement and SOP development
Assist in planning and implementation of cross-functional projects within targeted timelines
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any field
Experience in team management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Proactive, results-oriented, able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
