CTO Project Management Lead (SPX Express) - Shopee

This role involves leading strategic projects across express delivery operations, including First Mile, Direct Delivery, Mega Hub, and Last Mile. The position focuses on operational performance and quality initiatives to improve network SLAs and reduce package losses. Responsibilities also include fleet and capacity optimization, resource governance, and enabling system tools. The role requires managing a team of Project Support Associates and reporting to senior leadership.

Plan and execute strategic projects spanning First Mile, Direct Delivery, Mega Hub, and Last Mile operations.

Partner with Performance Control and Quality Control teams to implement solutions targeting network SLA improvements and loss reduction.

Work with Fleet Subcon teams to run fleet utilization, route efficiency, and subcontractor cost-optimization projects.

Collaborate with Resource Planning teams to manage projects focused on productivity enhancement and overtime budget control.

Coordinate with Support Functions to drive field adoption and continuous improvements for operational tools.

4–6 years of experience in PMO, project management, or operational excellence in express delivery, 3PL, e-commerce logistics, or logistics network expansion.

Comprehensive operational knowledge across direct logistics networks, Seller Onsite operations, retail drop-off models, and outsourced Last Mile models.

Proven track record in managing cross-functional projects, managing external partners, and driving field adoption.

Advanced analytical and data-driven problem-solving capabilities (SQL, Power BI, Advanced Excel).

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related fields.
