About the position
The PMO Lead is responsible for analyzing initiatives, solutions, and impacts. The role involves working with an operation manager to align on plans and potential new initiatives. The position requires coordinating with internal and external parties, conducting meetings with senior stakeholders, identifying project risks, and mentoring a team including mega construction projects. The role also entails preparing reports, proposals, and presentations. Candidates must have a Bachelor or Master Degree, experience in Consulting, Business Development, or logistics projects, and strong leadership and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
Analyze all options, solutions, and impacts of initiatives
Work closely with operation manager to align on plan and potential new initiatives
Coordinate and collaborate with all involved parties both internal and external
Conduct meetings with all senior stakeholders and team members
Identify risks associated with each projects
Requirements
Bachelor or Master Degree in any fields
Have experience in Consulting / Business Development/ logistics projects
High leadership and people management skills
Very strong analytical skills and being an proactive initiator
Logical thinking and strong problem solving skills
Nice to have
Chinese is a plus advantage
