This lead role manages a team of strategists to improve sorting-center cost, speed, and capacity through operational analysis, solution design, and implementation tracking. The position involves large-scale SQL and analytics work, cross-functional project ownership, budget and peak-campaign planning, monthly performance tracking, post-mortems, and regular presentations to senior management.
Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent quantitative experience, at least three years in strategy, consulting, operations, analytics, or a related discipline, and experience implementing recommendations that improved a metric. Strong SQL, another analytics tool, statistical techniques, and professional Thai and English proficiency are required. Team-management experience is preferred.
Lead strategists to develop hypotheses, analyze sorting-center operations, and implement cost, speed, and capacity improvements
Analyze parcel-, worker-, and hour-level operational data using SQL and other analytics tools
Own cross-functional improvement projects and escalate blockers, risks, and dependencies
Manage the sorting centers’ cost base, including forecasting, peak planning, monthly tracking, and post-mortems
Present operational insights and recommendations to senior management
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent proven quantitative experience; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
3+ years in strategy or management consulting, corporate strategy, strategy and operations, strategic planning, data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field
Implemented recommendations that moved a metric
Strong SQL and at least one additional analytics tool; experience with large datasets and statistical techniques
Professional working proficiency in Thai and English, written and spoken
1+ year managing a small, high-performing team on strategic projects; experience in a highly operational field
