The role leads end-to-end sorting operations across regional hubs in Thailand's North, South, or Northeast, reporting to the RC Operations Lead. The manager oversees multi-site throughput in a high-volume, semi-automated environment and drives completion of sorting volume targets.
The position requires a bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, industrial engineering, or a related field, plus at least 8–10 years in logistics or warehouse operations, including five years leading sorting centers, fulfillment operations, or high-volume distribution hubs. Experience with semi-automated sorting systems, data analysis, Excel or Google Sheets, HSE standards, and labor regulations is expected. Shift flexibility includes nights and weekends.
* Drive operational leadership across regional sorting hubs and BPO performance.
* Overhaul daily sorting flows and modernize SOPs to meet throughput KPIs.
* Resolve bottlenecks in semi-automated systems and eliminate stuck parcels.
* Plan labor and align Area Managers and frontline teams for peak surges.
* Coordinate with First/Last Mile, Linehaul, and HSE teams.
* Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum 8-10 years in logistics or warehouse operations.
* At least 5 years in a leadership role in sorting, fulfillment, or distribution operations.
* Experience with semi-automated sorting systems and data analysis.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Familiarity with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards and labor regulations. Ability to work rotating shifts, including night shifts and weekends, for 24/7 operations.
