The position requires identifying recurring issues, analyzing root causes, and implementing strategic solutions. The candidate will lead facility projects, process improvements, emergency preparedness, and incident response. Additionally, the role entails leading and guiding the Facility team and vendors, making independent decisions, and building strong relationships with stakeholders.

This role leads the overall Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) management process, including annual planning, forecasting, actual spending monitoring, and variance analysis. The position partners with cross-functional teams to ensure effective CAPEX management, identify risks and opportunities, and conduct financial feasibility studies to support investment decisions. The manager will prepare monthly performance reports, lead financial feasibility studies, and review Capital Appropriation Requests (CAR) to ensure financial justification and compliance with company investment criteria.
