you’ll Need to Succeed:** * **10+ years**of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technology leadership roles, with a strong track record of designing and evolving complex production systems. * **3+ years**of hands-on experience delivering tax-related technology projects across direct or indirect tax domains, or closely related finance technology domains, including building or evolving tax platforms. * Strong understanding of Tax technology domains such as VAT, GST, corporate tax, withholding tax, compliance workflows, tax calculation, reporting, reconciliation, and auditability. * Proven ability to shape technical strategy and architecture roadmaps across multiple teams, systems, or business domains. * Strong hands-on engineering background, with deep understanding of system design, APIs, data flows, integration patterns, reliability, observability, scalability, and operational trade-offs for mission-critical systems, including high-volume Your work will involve managing high-volume hotel feeds, processing advertisement images, and integrating with major advertising platforms like Google Ads and Meta. You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Data teams to deliver reliable, efficient, and scalable engineering solutions that drive real business impact. This role offers the opportunity to shape systems and working methods end-to-end, from design and implementation to operational excellence at a global scale. You will design, build, and operate backend services and data pipelines that support performance marketing use cases, including hotel feeds, ad platform integrations, and experiment data. You will actively participate in the full development lifecycle, from design and implementation to testing, deployment, and production support. You will proactively identify and improve system reliability, scalability, data quality, and operational efficiency while writing clear, maintainable code and engaging in code reviews and technical discussions.
