Technician (JLK Tower)

The Technician role at JLL’s JLK Tower supports day-to-day plant and facilities operations in Bangkok. Responsibilities include maintaining plant and facilities equipment, inspecting equipment rooms and facilities against predefined checklists, documenting problems, briefing duty technicians on weekend work plans, and providing technical recommendations.

The technician repairs equipment for clients, coordinates vendors for maintenance work, accelerates equipment moves, additions and changes, and follows local governmental rules and regulations. Applicants should be certified and experienced in electrical or mechanical repair, have facilities and maintenance experience, communicate clearly in writing and speech, and be customer-oriented. English and Chinese ability is an advantage.

• Maintain plant and facilities equipment to support smooth daily operations
• Inspect equipment rooms and other facilities, and record problems using predefined checklists
• Brief duty technicians on weekend work plans and provide technical recommendations as needed
• Repair equipment and arrange vendor maintenance when required
• Support equipment moves, additions and changes while complying with local governmental rules and regulations

• Certification to perform electrical or mechanical repairs
• Previous experience in a facilities and maintenance role
• Clear reporting and instruction skills for equipment issues and repairs
• Strong written and spoken communication skills
• Customer-oriented approach
