The Assistant Safety & Security Manager – Night Shift oversees daily building and facility operations at One Bangkok. The role manages fit-out and reinstatement, addresses tenant inquiries and complaints, coordinates maintenance and defect rectification, prepares operational reports, supervises contractors, and coordinates safety and traffic flow with the Security and traffic team.
The successful candidate should hold a bachelor's degree in Property, Property Management, Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field, with at least 4–6 years of building management experience. The posting also requires fluent English, knowledge of building rules and industry standards, strong communication and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, responsibility under pressure, and leadership ability.
• Oversee daily building and facility operations.
• Manage fit-out and reinstatement for tenant areas.
• Coordinate defect rectification and maintenance.
• Prepare daily and monthly operational reports.
• Coordinate safety and traffic flow with the Security and traffic team.
• Bachelor's degree in Property, Property Management, Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field.
