About the position
JLL is recruiting a Building Manager in Bangkok, Thailand. The role is based on-site at a specific location, involving hands-on oversight of property operations.
The position oversees the day-to-day managerial and financial operation of the property, leads managerial, administrative and technical personnel, ensures occupier satisfaction, manages budgets and contractors, coordinates with clients, and implements safety and improvement plans in coordination with engineering teams and government institutions.
Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day managerial and financial operation of the property, leading all managerial, administrative and technical personnel
Ensure optimum satisfaction of all occupiers of the common area and facilities of the property
Prepare and operate on yearly budgets; monitor and control expenses within agreed budgets
Monitor and evaluate the performance of all management personnel, contractors and sub-contractors, meeting regularly with service contractors
Prepare and propose improvement plans for cost effective operations, energy savings, access control, safety and security
Communicate, coordinate and deal with all relevant government institutions; set and conduct annual fire drills and evacuation procedures
