About the position
OOCA is hiring a KOL & Affiliate Partnership Specialist in Bangkok on a full-time basis. The role focuses on identifying and onboarding influencers, content creators, and affiliate partners, managing ongoing relationships, and coordinating campaigns, deliverables, and timelines.
The position also involves tracking partner performance, preparing reports, and collaborating with marketing, content, and business teams to drive engagement, referrals, conversions, and revenue. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, around 1–3 years of relevant experience, and familiarity with platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or YouTube.
Responsibilities
Identify, approach, and onboard suitable KOLs, influencers, content creators, and affiliate partners
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to encourage ongoing collaboration
Monitor partner performance and develop initiatives to improve engagement, referrals, conversions, and revenue
Coordinate campaigns, deliverables, timelines, promotional activities, and partner communications
Track partner activities, analyze performance, and prepare regular reports
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Approximately 1–3 years of experience in KOL/influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or creator partnerships
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Familiarity with social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or YouTube
Comfortable using spreadsheets and tracking campaign performance
Nice to have
Portfolio or project showcase demonstrating previous KOL, influencer, affiliate, or partnership projects with measurable results
