This Building Superintendent role works with the site manager to deliver property management services and ensure that designated sites are prepared, safe, and efficient to operate. The successful candidate will coordinate maintenance activities with contractors and vendors, monitor repairs against timelines and standards, follow applicable procedures and checklists, maintain and replenish maintenance inventory, inspect sites and systems, identify defects, develop solutions, obtain quotations, and handle unit handovers and takeovers with tenants.
The posting seeks at least two to five years of commercial property management experience, exposure to commercial operations management software, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Work with the site manager to deliver property management services and support daily site operations
