JLL is hiring a Mobile Maintenance Technician based on-site in Bangkok, Thailand. The role performs routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance and repairs on building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and building automation, as well as general handyman tasks such as carpentry, painting, and drywall repair. The technician responds to work orders, troubleshoots malfunctions, documents work in a maintenance management system, and participates in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
Candidates need a high school diploma (technical training preferred), five years of experience in retail/nationwide retail maintenance on a mobile team, working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, and rubber tile replacement, a valid driver's license, and the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights or in confined spaces.
Perform scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and building automation systems
Diagnose and repair malfunctions in building systems including heating/cooling, electrical circuits, plumbing, doors, and locks
Perform carpentry, painting, drywall repair, and general handyman tasks; replace filters, bulbs, and consumables
Complete work orders accurately in the maintenance management system and maintain equipment logs
Respond to after-hours emergency calls as part of on-call rotation
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical school training or apprenticeship preferred
5 years of experience in retail/nationwide retail maintenance on a mobile team
Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, and rubber tile replacement
Valid driver's license
Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work from ladders or in confined spaces
Technical school training or apprenticeship
