About the position
The role involves recommending and offering vehicle credit products to customers by telephone. Automotive credit knowledge is advantageous.
Responsibilities
• Call bank-provided customer lists to offer vehicle credit products
• Explain credit limits, interest rates, conditions, and application documents
• Follow up with interested customers and close sales to meet targets
• Record customer contact information and update customer statuses in the system
• Achieve monthly KPI and sales targets
Requirements
• High school diploma, vocational certificate, vocational diploma, or bachelor's degree in any field
• Previous sales experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Basic computer skills
• Responsible, diligent, positive, and able to work under pressure
Nice to have
Knowledge of automotive credit is considered advantageous
