This temporary telesales role is based in Bangkok and focuses on recommending motor insurance products to customers by telephone. The successful applicant will make sales calls, provide advice and propose suitable plans based on customer needs, record customer and contact information in company systems, and work toward company sales targets while following product conditions, regulations, and work standards.
Applicants may hold a high school diploma, vocational certificate, or bachelor's degree from any field and must have a non-life insurance agent license. Experience in sales, telesales, or insurance is preferred. The role requires communication, negotiation, problem-solving, organization, customer service, and service-minded interpersonal skills, plus motor and non-life insurance knowledge and the ability to use Excel and Word.
Call customers to present insurance products and provide recommendations.
Offer plans suited to each customer's needs.
Record and update customer details and contact outcomes in the system.
Work toward company sales targets.
Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
High school diploma, vocational certificate, or bachelor's degree in any field.
Valid non-life insurance agent license.
Sales, telesales, or insurance experience is preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Problem-solving, work management, service orientation, coordination, follow-up, and customer-service skills.
Motor insurance knowledge; knowledge of non-life insurance products and renewal processes.
