About the position
This role sits within AIA Thailand and provides technical medical expertise to support underwriting decisions, customer enquiries, claims resolution, and healthcare services for policyholders. The specialist works with product development, underwriting, claims, and medical/wellness suppliers to develop and implement AIA's healthcare programmes, and may manage rehabilitation cases by assessing needs and arranging services.
The position also involves identifying workflow improvements and contributing to a healthy working environment. Candidates should have a medical background with the ability to advise colleagues across functions and engage with external healthcare partners.
Responsibilities
Provide professional guidance, medical advice and relevant training to product development, underwriting and claims colleagues
Develop and implement AIA's healthcare programmes
Work with medical and wellness suppliers to support AIA healthcare programmes
May manage rehabilitation cases by assessing claimant's needs, developing rehabilitation plans, and arranging relevant services
Responsible for other relating tasks as assigned to align with business policy and build long term business growth
Hiring Process
