About the position
The Telemarketing Sales Representative at AIA (Thailand) is responsible for maximising sales of AIA products and services by selling directly to retail customers through the call centre (telemarketing) and online platform, meeting individual and team quotas and business objectives. Duties include building demand for AIA products, developing and coordinating sales and distribution programmes for the direct sales channel, handling existing or named accounts, ensuring positive customer experiences, and exploring workflow improvements.
The role requires a background check under AIA Thailand's recruitment policy and PDPA compliance. Candidates must provide accurate personal data to be considered.
Responsibilities
Build demand for AIA's products by highlighting their ability to meet the client's needs
Develop, implement and coordinate sales and distribution programmes for the direct sales channel
Handle existing accounts or run named accounts within a geography for a particular product or product set
Build and maintain positive customer experiences and a high level of partner happiness
Explore opportunities to improve workflow and undertake other related tasks as assigned
