About the position
AIA Thailand is hiring a Telemarketing Sales Representative based in Bangkok. The role focuses on maximising sales of AIA products and services by selling directly to retail customers via the call centre (telemarketing) and online platforms to meet individual and team quotas and business objectives.
Key duties include building demand for AIA products, developing and coordinating sales and distribution programmes for the direct sales channel, handling existing or named accounts, ensuring positive customer experiences, and identifying workflow improvements. Candidates must complete a criminal background check prior to joining, in line with AIA Thailand's recruitment policy and PDPA requirements.
Responsibilities
Build demand for AIA's products by highlighting their ability to meet the client's needs
Develop, implement and coordinate sales and distribution programmes for the direct sales channel
Handle existing accounts or run named accounts within a geography for a particular product or product set
Build and maintain positive customer experiences and a high level of happiness of key partners
Explore opportunities to improve workflow and support long-term business growth
