About the position
AIA Thailand is hiring a Telemarketing Sales Representative based in Bangkok. The role is responsible for maximising sales of AIA products and services by selling directly to retail customers through call centre (telemarketing) and online platforms, meeting individual and team quotas and AIA business objectives.
The position involves building demand for AIA products, developing and coordinating sales programmes for the direct sales channel, handling existing or named accounts, ensuring positive customer experiences, and exploring workflow improvements. Candidates must complete a criminal background check prior to joining, in line with AIA Thailand's recruitment policy and PDPA requirements.
Responsibilities
Build demand for AIA's products by highlighting their ability to meet the client's needs
Develop, implement and coordinate sales and distribution programmes for the direct sales channel
Handle existing accounts or run named accounts within a geography for a particular product or product set
Build and be responsible for positive customer experiences and a high level of happiness of key partners
Explore opportunities to improve workflow and build a balanced environment
