This role involves leading complex, enterprise-scale technology implementation and system integration projects. The position requires managing the full project lifecycle, including business case development, vendor sourcing, requirements gathering, solution design, technical implementation, and go-live activities. The manager must coordinate internal technology teams and external vendors to ensure successful delivery.
Work with business stakeholders to define business needs, scope, and success criteria.
Develop business cases, project budgets, and resource requirements.
Lead vendor sourcing, RFP/RFQ, and vendor selection processes.
Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, and Legal on commercial negotiations.
Drive business and technical requirements with cross-functional teams.
Ensure requirements are translated into executable end-to-end solutions.
Lead complex implementations involving multiple systems and vendors.
Manage development, testing, and deployment activities.
Own cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare.
Drive production issue resolution and stabilization.
Own project scope, timeline, budget, and governance.
Lead Steering Committees and working sessions.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
5–10+ years of experience in Technical Project Management or IT Project Management.
Proven experience managing complex multi-system implementation projects.
Good practical understanding of APIs, system integration, and data flows.
Able to communicate effectively with engineers, architects, and vendors.
Experience managing the end-to-end project lifecycle.
Strong vendor, stakeholder, budget, and project governance experience.
Good English communication skills for international collaboration.
Retail, eCommerce, OMS, Payment, Inventory/WMS, or Fulfillment experience. PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications.
