About the position

The Senior Solutions Engineer at Amity Accentix (formerly TrueVoice), a subsidiary of Amity Solutions, bridges technology and business needs by designing, implementing, and optimizing voice bot solutions. The role drives the external development lifecycle, transforming customer needs into effective voice bot designs, developing call flows on the Accentix platform, consulting on API integration, and supporting post-launch projects while collaborating with sales, product, and engineering teams.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or MIS and brings 3–7 years of software development experience using JavaScript, preferably Node.js. Required skills include MongoDB or other NoSQL databases, Nginx or web server technologies, Git, and Linux commands, with familiarity in GCP, Docker, chatbot/voicebot, and Generative AI considered a plus.

Responsibilities

Drive the external development lifecycle by transforming customer needs into effective voice bot design and consulting on API integration

External project development

Call flow development using the Accentix voicebot platform per customer requirements

Support post-launch project

Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to design and deliver technical solutions for clients

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems (MIS)

3–7 years of experience in software development using JavaScript, preferably Node.js

Strong understanding of software development methodologies and code quality best practices

Solid knowledge of MongoDB or other NoSQL database technologies

Hands-on experience with Nginx or other web server technologies, plus Git and Linux commands

Nice to have

Familiarity with GCP and Docker

Experience developing Chatbot or Voicebot solutions

Creative mindset toward integrating AI into existing processes

Interest or experience in Generative AI (GenAI) for Voice Bot applications
