About the position
The Marketing Team Lead manages the internal marketing team and coordinates with external agencies to execute initiatives across content, campaigns, and brand communication. The role involves developing marketing plans, leading end-to-end campaign execution, and ensuring messaging consistency. Key duties include managing marketing operations, conducting performance reviews, and overseeing quality control to drive measurable business growth.
Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and manage the Marketing team to deliver high-quality work on time
Allocate resources and prioritize marketing initiatives based on business goals
Conduct regular team check-ins, performance reviews, and coaching sessions
Lead end-to-end planning and execution of marketing campaigns
Coordinate cross-functional communication with Product, Sales, Operations, Clinical, and Business Development teams
Ensure marketing messaging is consistent across all touchpoints
Monitor campaign performance and optimize initiatives based on data
Review and approve marketing assets before publication
Support team members in developing measurable KPIs for campaigns, events, and projects
Present weekly and monthly marketing performance updates to management
Manage marketing timelines and project execution
Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
Strong project management and organizational skills
Experience leading integrated marketing campaigns
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience coordinating with external agencies or freelancers
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
Excellent written and spoken Thai and English
Nice to have
Experience in healthcare, wellness, technology, or startups
Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple concurrent projects
