SOC Operations (SPX Express) - Operations - Bangkok

This role focuses on managing Rework and Return processes, ensuring operational control and problem-solving. The position involves managing workforce performance, coordinating with cross-functional departments, and maintaining compliance with safety standards. The role requires strong analytical skills, spreadsheet proficiency, and the ability to handle operational issues and SLA control. Candidates must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment, handle extended working hours during campaigns, and work mostly in afternoon or night shifts.

Manage workforce and monitor daily team performance

Ensure smooth workflow execution and minimize operational delays

Support productivity, quality, and process accuracy targets

Maintain compliance with operational and safety standards

Backlog chasing and SLA control

Good communication skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong working knowledge of Spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)

Experience or strong interest in Express or Warehouse Operations, especially Inventory and Claim processes

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
