This role involves monitoring and managing operations within the Return and Rework team, focusing on process and data accuracy. The position requires preparing reports for supervisors and collaborating with internal and external functions to handle pushed-out parcels. The candidate must follow up on pending parcel statuses within the system to maintain predetermined periods and solve specific operational problems. The role demands strong analytical abilities, including critical thinking and optimization, alongside the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Monitor and manage operation in Return and Rework team of process and data controlling to accuracy.

Summarize and prepare reports to present to supervisors.

Work with internal and external functions to properly handle pushed-out parcels.

Follow up and clear pending parcel status within the system to maintain the predetermined period.

Solve specific problems.

Bachelor's Degree or Logistics management, Supply chain management or any related field.

At least 3 years of working experience in logistics, supply chain or express industry.

Be able to communicate in English.

Good communication and presentation skills.

High analytical ability - critical and logical thinking and optimization.

Good team player

Multitasking and prioritizing skills

Proven working experience in project management
