Customer Support Manager - Central Food Wholesales

This role is part of Unilever Food Solutions, focusing on Free Chefs to love what they do. The position acts as a key link between Unilever, wholesalers, distributors, and foodservice operators. The primary objective is to drive sustainable sales growth and market share expansion across Central Food Wholesale accounts. The role involves managing assigned accounts, executing category and promotional plans, and ensuring excellent in-store execution. Key activities include building strong relationships with decision makers, conducting business reviews, and supporting Joint Business Planning. The position also requires working with distributor sales teams, monitoring market trends, and preparing sales forecasts.

Manage assigned Central Food Wholesale accounts and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers, buyers, branch managers, and sales teams.

Conduct regular business reviews and identify growth opportunities.

Support Joint Business Planning (JBP) and annual account planning activities.

Achieve Sell-In, Sell-Out, distribution, and profitability targets.

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.

2-5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Modern Trade, Wholesale, Foodservice, or FMCG Sales.

Experience working with wholesale chains, distributors, or foodservice channels is highly preferred.

Understanding of Horeca, Foodservice, Cash & Carry, or Wholesale business models is an advantage.
