Leasing Team Leader

This role focuses on managing the leasing operations for a defined market segment to support sales objectives. You will be responsible for researching and identifying potential tenants, analyzing their needs and economic viability, and managing the presentation of available properties. The position involves coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth leasing processes and maintaining up-to-date market intelligence to drive team performance.

You will lead the team in negotiating lease terms and conditions to close deals effectively. This includes monitoring property information, handling rental application data, and preparing reports to summarize leasing activities. The role requires strong coordination skills to liaise with tenants and internal functions, ensuring that all leasing operations align with the company's business plans.

• Control researching and determining the needs, living standards, and economic viability of prospect customers
• Manage presenting and advertising available properties using various media and promotional materials to attract suitable tenants
• Monitor and provide comprehensive information on property aspects, including expansion, zoning, and crime rates
• Participate in negotiating leasing terms and conditions to close deals effectively
• Control rental application data and personal references to ensure effective completion of leasing
• Liaise with tenants and related functions to support leasing operations
• Control making reports to summarize overall leasing and propose improvements to team performance
• Keep up to date with property market status to apply in leasing operations and improve team performance

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
• Minimum of 1-3 years of responsible experience in a related field
• 0-3 years of team management experience
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to coordinate tasks and manage multiple priorities effectively
