Leasing Team Leader

This role focuses on managing leasing operations to support sales objectives effectively. You will oversee the research and management of suitable tenants for targeted markets. The position requires aligning leasing activities with business plans and ensuring the effective completion of rental applications. You will also be responsible for monitoring property information and coordinating with tenants and internal functions to drive team performance.

You will lead the team in presenting and advertising available properties to attract both short-term and long-term tenants. This involves using various media and promotional materials to maximize occupancy. Additionally, you will participate in negotiating leasing terms and conditions to close deals. The role requires you to control rental application data, manage personal references, and prepare reports to summarize overall leasing performance and propose improvements.

• Control researching and determining the needs, living standards, and economic viability of prospect customers
• Manage presenting and advertising available properties using various media and promotional materials to attract suitable tenants
• Monitor providing information on all aspects of properties including expansion, zoning, and crime to support tenants
• Participate in negotiating leasing terms and conditions and close deals to support leasing operations
• Control rental application data and personal references to ensure effective completion of leasing
• Liaise with tenants and related functions to support leasing operations
• Control making reports to summarize overall leasing to propose and improve team performance
• Keep up to date with property market status to apply in leasing operations and improve team performance

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
• Minimum of 1-3 years of responsible experience in a related field
• Minimum of 0-3 years of team management experience
• Possess strong problem-solving skills
• Demonstrate effective communication and negotiation skills
• Be able to coordinate tasks and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
