Field Execution Assistant Manager - Suntory

This role focuses on overseeing in-store execution within a designated area to drive operational efficiency and ensure high customer satisfaction. You will lead and mentor a team of supervisors and business health associates to maintain consistent standards. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing, trade, and sales, to align strategies and optimize business performance. Additionally, you will monitor compliance, competitor activities, and key performance indicators to identify commercial opportunities and implement improvement plans.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, trade, and sales, to align strategies and foster collaboration.
• Develop guidelines and processes to enhance in-store operational efficiency and streamline workflows.
• Recommend improvements to in-store execution processes and standards to ensure measurement consistency.
• Monitor and report on compliance and competitor activities to identify commercial impacts and opportunities.
• Define workforce strategies, including placement and routing, to optimize field execution efforts.
• Monitor business KPIs such as sales, productivity, and operational standards, and develop action plans to optimize performance against budget.

• At least 3 years of experience in sales, commercial functions, or support roles.
• At least 2 years of experience leading and managing a team effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic organizational setting.
