Leasing Professional - Central Group

This role focuses on managing leasing activities and tenant relations for a specific property market. You will support the negotiation of lease terms and conditions to ensure successful deal closures. Additionally, you will manage rental application data, coordinate with internal teams, and prepare reports to track leasing performance and improve team efficiency.

• Conduct market research to determine customer needs and economic viability

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
• Minimum of 0-3 years of relevant experience
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

• Proven track record in property leasing or customer service
• Strong interpersonal and networking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
