Leasing Professional - Central Group

This role focuses on managing leasing activities and tenant relations for a designated market. You will conduct market research to understand customer needs and economic viability. The position involves presenting properties through various media channels to attract suitable tenants. You will provide comprehensive information about properties, including expansion plans and local conditions. The role requires supporting negotiation processes to close leasing deals effectively. You will manage rental application data and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations. Regular reporting and performance analysis are essential to improve team outcomes and market strategies.

• Conduct research to determine the needs, living standards, and economic viability of prospect customers
• Present and advertise available properties using various media and promotional materials to attract suitable tenants
• Provide detailed information on property aspects including expansion plans, zoning, and local conditions to support tenants
• Support the negotiation of leasing terms and conditions to effectively close deals
• Accumulate and manage rental application data and personal references to ensure effective leasing completion
• Liaise with tenants and related internal functions to support leasing operations
• Prepare reports summarizing overall leasing activities to propose improvements and enhance team performance
• Stay updated with property market status to apply insights in leasing operations and improve team performance

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
• Minimum of 0-3 years of responsible experience
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to coordinate tasks and manage multiple priorities effectively

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic understanding of real estate or retail leasing principles
