Leasing Professional 1 - Central Pattana

This role involves conducting research on prospect customers' needs and economic viability. The professional will present properties, provide market information, and support negotiation to close leasing deals. Responsibilities include managing rental application data, liaising with tenants, and reporting on leasing performance to improve team operations. Candidates must possess problem-solving, communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.

Conduct research to determine the needs, living standards and economic viability of prospect customers

Present and advertise available properties using a variety of media and promoting materials

Provide information on all aspects of properties including expansion, zoning, and crime

Provide support to negotiation of leasing terms and conditions and close deals

Accumulate and manage rental application data and personal references

Bachelor’s Degree in related field

Minimum of 0-3 years of responsible experience

Have problem-solving skill

Have communication and negotiation skills

Be able to coordinate and multi-task
